Dear graduates, future students,
Completing high school education and choosing a further educational area is one of the biggest decisions in the life of every individual, on which your professional path and personal development depend. If you are thinking about enrolling at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of East Sarajevo, I believe that it is the right choice.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is one of two public higher education institutions in the Republic of Srpska, whose main purpose is to educate high-quality mechanical engineering graduates who, with their knowledge and competencies, are able to respond to all the challenges of society and the demands of future employers. By obtaining a diploma from this higher education institution, in addition to gaining quality knowledge, you become part of the academic community and a driving force for further social, economic and technical development and progress.
Since our main goal is to provide high-quality and applicable education, we try to organize work with students in smaller groups with intensive communication between teacher and student, because this approach allows us to identify each individual’s inclinations towards specific areas of mechanical engineering and work on their affirmation. In order for all of this to be possible, continuous upgrading of our teaching activities is necessary depending on the needs of society and economic entities. In this regard, our teaching staff participates in numerous international projects and cooperates with related institutions in the country and the region, all with the aim of recognizing the needs of society and training our students for future independent work.
Our graduate engineers are recognized as staff that have all the necessary knowledge, skills and practical competencies to meet the challenges of the mechanical engineering profession. This is evidenced by the fact that almost none of our engineers are registered with the Employment Service. Many students begin their professional careers even before they graduate and officially receive the status of a graduate mechanical engineer.
Dear graduates, if you decide to study at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of East Sarajevo, be assured that your professional future will be bright. Namely, due to the strong emphasis on creativity and innovation in mastering the entire curriculum of our study programs, we often receive positive feedback from our, now former, students, that what we offer them and what we train them for is recognized as quality in their current work environments. After graduating from high school, I had big dilemmas about enrolling in faculty.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering seemed very interesting to me because the connection between theory and practice is great.
It also provides the greatest opportunities during studies (receiving various scholarships) and after graduation (employment).
With the advice of the engineers who graduated here, that with work, effort and commitment there should be no problems during my studies, I decided to enroll in this faculty.

My name is Borislav Jović, I am a third year student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of East Sarajevo.
The reason for enrolling in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is, first of all, that I was interested in mechanical engineering and that after graduating mechanical engineering and acquired knowledge, I can easily get a job, because mechanical engineers are in great demand on the labor market. The study program at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of East Sarajevo is 4 + 1, which proved to be much better compared to the faculties with the study program 3 + 2. All students are on a budget, which was one more reason to enroll at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
On this occasion, I would like to invite future freshmen to enroll at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of East Sarajevo and study the best.

I enrolled at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of East Sarajevo primarily because I want to study and work in our country. Based on the knowledge from acquaintances, and the presentation of the faculty itself, I realized that this faculty provides all the opportunities for quality education. Also, what additionally encouraged me to enroll in this faculty is the knowledge that it has extremely high-quality teaching staff and modernly equipped laboratories, as well as the fact that communication between professors and students is at a high level.

At the beginning, I was worried that it would be difficult to learn, but mechanical engineering offers the possibility of acquiring a wide range of knowledge, starting from the most basic things.
